Juicing

Happy Saturday!!

I spent my Friday night looking up healthy, homemade juices and what they do for the body.
Those Suji juices are SO expensive so I want to start making my own. I'll be posting all my juice recipes and what vitamins and stuff are in them on here :)

First up is FUEL~

Carrots
Green apple
Pineapple
Orange
Lemon
Mint
Water

Mix all ingredients, as much as you like, in a blender (which I use) or Juicer.

Fuel is filled with Antioxidants, Calcium, Vitamin C and A for good vision.

This is delicious!! I also added a little Cayenne Pepper which is great for speeding up the metabolism.
